This is the largest room in the Bonded Warehouse. Seating is available for up to 200 people in Theatre Fashion or for 120 seated for events such as wedding receptions, private parties, conferences or exhibitions. For an evening function with either a DJ or Band the Brindley room will hold up to 150 people comfortably.

It is a beautiful room with heavy ceiling beams and a rounded end which is perfect for the DJ if a disco is required or for a live band to play from.

The Brindley is the only room from which a bar can operate and it is housed in one of the original Lucams’ which overhang the canal and which in the canal carrying days were used to winch cargo to and from the boats below.

There are numerous power points around the room making it a very flexible training or conference venue. A projector can be hired if required.

Requirements for Catering facilities should be discussed with the Manager at time of booking as outside caterers can be brought in following approval.

Hire Charges from 1st January 2025:

£360.00 Friday & Saturday 5:00pm – 12:00 midnight

All other times £30.00 per hour.

The kitchen can be hired with the function room at £17.00 per hour.

Weekend hire during the day Saturday/Sunday up to 4 hours £120.00
